1. Acceptance of Terms

• The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• The account has been involved in money laundering or other financial crime.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.

• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ng777.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ng777 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, ng777 will process the remaining balance for withdrawal after completing applicable verification checks.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ng777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
